Chicken Munchies with Iceberg Lettuce and Crispy Noodle Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients
500g Ingham Chicken Munchies
4 cups finely shredded iceberg lettuce
1 small red capsicum, seeds removed, finely diced
1 small carrot, peeled, grated
120g tasty cheese, cut into 1cm cubes
2 Tbsp dressing
100g packet fried noodles
Method
1. Cook Chicken Munchies as per packet instructions.
2. Combine lettuce, capsicum, carrot and cheese in a large bowl. Add dressing just before serving. Toss until well combined. Spoon salad onto serving plates. Sprinkle with fried noodles. Serve immediately with Munchies.
