Chicken Breast Nuggets with Sweet Potato Wedges

Serves 4

Ingredients


750g small sweet potatoes
Olive oil cooking spray
2 tsp chicken salt or lemon pepper
400g Ingham Chicken Breast Nuggets

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Peel sweet potatoes. Cut into approx. 5cm long wedges. Place on prepared tray. Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with chicken salt. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender and light golden.

2. Cook Chicken Breast Nuggets as per packet instructions and serve with sweet potato wedges.
