Chicken Breast Tenders with Peas, Egg Noodles and Bacon
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 pack Ingham Chicken Breast Tenders 250 g egg noodles 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp butter 3 slices 97% fat-free bacon, chopped 1 onion, finely sliced 1 cup reduced-salt chicken stock 2 cups frozen peas 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped Ground black pepper
Method
1. Cook Ingham Chicken Breast Tenders as per pack instructions. 2. Add egg noodles to a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook until just tender. Drain 3. Heat oil and butter in pan, cook bacon and onion until onion is soft. 4. Add stock to bacon and onion, bring to the boil. Add peas, return to boil, cook for 1 minute. Drain well, return to heat with egg noodles, parsley and pepper. Cook until heated through. 5. Serve with Tenders.
