Chicken Breast Steaks with Pasta, Tomato and Zucchini

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 pack Ingham Chicken Breast Steaks
1 tablespoon oil
3-4 zucchini, sliced
500g jar tomato pasta sauce
1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
250g pasta, cooked

Method

1. Cook Ingham Chicken Breast Steaks as per pack instructions.
2. Heat oil in pan, cook zucchini for approximately 5 minutes until lightly browned. Add tomato pasta sauce and cook until heated through.
3. Place cooked Steaks in base of a greased ovenproof dish. Pour over zucchini and tomato mixture and top with cheese.
4. Bake in 180°C oven for approximately 10 minutes, until cheese has melted. Serve with cooked pasta.
